This really can't get much better.
York Mini Greek Yogurt Pops
(yields 6-8 popsicles)
2 cups 2% milk
1/2 cup plain low-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
80 grams York peppermint patty minis
Using a small knife, cut York patties into fourths until all patties have been chopped. Set aside.
Combine milk, greek yogurt, sugar, salt and vanilla together in a blender. Mix until ingredients are well combined. Lastly, pour in chopped York minis. Mix with a spatula one last time.
Distribute batter amongst popsicle molds. Freeze for 8 hours or overnight.
When ready to eat, remove popsicle and place under warm water to thaw. Enjoy!
